Please arrive for your treatment five minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. (New clients please arrive 15 minutes early.) This allows enough time for a short consultation and a relaxed experience.
We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the spa. Thus, out of respect for our clientele, services for clients who arrive late will be honored only at the spa discretion in order to keep on schedule.
